Get to know yourself better

A successful change goes through a phase of introspection. Learning to know your: strengths/weaknesses, qualities/flaws, skills, areas of interest, values...

This is essential to know what is good for you, what makes sense.

Be kind to yourself when doing these exercises. Focus on your positive points.

A piece of advice in all phases of your reflection: take the time to buy a small notebook that you will always carry with you. It will allow you to note down your ideas and emotions. Indeed, we think we remember most of our ideas but often this is not the case. You will see that by re-reading yourself, you can find some gems.

At each stage, it can be helpful to be supported or advised by a qualified professional. They can help you gain perspective, reveal strengths you didn’t know you had, open up new perspectives and connections, and give you a boost so you don’t give up.

When you're going through a difficult time, being able to see the positive you no longer notice can be very comforting and help you bounce back.
