Defining your Why

This is a personal development practice that comes from the USA and was developed by Simon Sinek. His TED talk is one of the most viewed in the world with over 40 million views.

 
 
Finding your WHY means knowing why you get up in the morning, what your deep purpose is, your talent, your cause. 

In Belgium, Jean-Charles della Faille explains it to us in French. 

He has also written a book to explain how to find your WHY: « Vous êtes fantastique »
