What gives me energy, motivation

In a career change project, there are ups and downs.
Some days, everything seems clear and smooth. Others, you doubt, you get discouraged, you question everything.

That's why it's important to ask yourself: what gives you energy to move forward?
What recharges you, gets you moving again, reconnects you with your momentum?

Here are a few examples:

  • moving forward in small steps and celebrating your successes, even the most modest ones

  • taking time for yourself, just to catch your breath

  • training yourself and learning something new

  • talking with someone who listens to and understands you

  • getting inspired through a book, a podcast, a testimonial

  • meditating, breathing, recentering yourself

  • doing sports or moving your body

  • getting a good breath of fresh air

  • accomplishing certain tasks that particularly motivate you

It's good to take time to pause and reflect on this.
To do so, you can analyze your past actions, your history. Identify specific moments when you felt carried, confident, motivated... and ask yourself: what, at that moment, gave me energy?

Little by little, you'll identify your own sources of momentum.
They will be your anchor points throughout your transition journey.

Don't hesitate to share this content with your loved ones. It could be useful to them.
