You don’t necessarily need to completely change jobs or careers or start your own business to feel better or find more meaning in your work.

It’s helpful to reflect on what improvements you're aiming for through this change.

  • More career opportunities
  • Changing sectors
  • Changing roles
  • Looking for a company with a mission that aligns more with you
  • Finding a company that better matches your values
  • Seeking a new challenge

  • Reconnecting with nature
  • Gaining more freedom
  • Achieving a better work-life balance
