In Brussels You can take a look at the website mondiplome.be created by the nonprofit Ciré, Actiris, and bon. 

In Wallonia This is organized by the regional integration centers (CRI). There are several. You can find the list on the website parcoursintegration.be.

In Flanders It'sAgentschap Integratie-Inburgering (Agency for Integration and Civic Integration) that is responsible for the integration of newcomers in the Flemish Community.
