Dit kunnen uw collega's zijn die u nodig hebben om hun taken te volbrengen, bedrijven of personen die gebruikmaken van wat u realiseert (uw product of dienst).<\/li>\n<li><strong>Uw toegevoegde waarde<\/strong>: Beschrijf wat u anderen brengt zodat zij hun taken kunnen volbrengen. Waarom doen uw klanten een beroep op u? Welke concurrentievoordelen heeft u ten opzichte van andere concurrenten of collega's?<\/li>\n<li><strong>Kanalen<\/strong>: Hoe communiceert u met uw klanten, collega's om uw waarde te leveren (e-mail, sociale netwerken, telefoon, face-to-face\u2026)?<\/li>\n<li><strong>Klantrelatie<\/strong>: Hoe zou u de manier omschrijven waarop u met uw klanten omgaat? Is het een vertrouwensrelatie, een loyaliteitsrelatie of een unieke dienst?<\/li>\n<li><strong>Wat het u kost om dit werk te doen (kosten)<\/strong>: tijd, verplaatsingen, energie, stress\u2026<\/li>\n<li><strong>Wat u in ruil krijgt voor dit werk (inkomsten, persoonlijke opbrengsten en voordelen):<\/strong> : Salaris, financi\u00eble voordelen, erkenning, persoonlijke voldoening, maatschappelijk engagement\u2026<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Zodra deze oefening is voltooid, kunt u de onderstaande tabel invullen die u zal helpen de elementen die niet bevredigend zijn beter te identificeren. Wat zou u willen veranderen?<\/p>\n<p>Bijvoorbeeld, u realiseert zich dat wat u zwaar valt het aantal e-mails is dat u ontvangt omdat u liever telefonisch communiceert.
