Daarom kan niet iedereen zich zomaar inschrijven als zelfstandige in bijberoep in Belgi\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>Je moet ofwel:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Werknemer zijn (bediende, arbeider, ambtenaar, benoemde leerkracht) voor minstens 50%,<\/li>\n<li>Werkzoekende zijn. Dan heet het het springplank naar zelfstandige statuut, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.onem.be\/citoyens\/chomage-complet\/pouvez-vous-travailler-pendant-le-chomage-\/pouvez-vous-exercer-une-activite-independante-a-titre-accessoire-pendant-votre-chomage-dans-le-cadre-de-l-avantage-tremplin-independants-\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">onafhankelijke springplank.<\/a><\/li>\n<li>Iemand die een uitkering van het ziekenfonds ontvangt, maar nog steeds verbonden is aan een arbeidscontract.<\/li>\n<li>Gepensioneerd zijn,<\/li>\n<li>Student zijn,<\/li>\n<li>In opzeg zijn (opzeg van meer dan 3 maanden).\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div>Als zelfstandige in bijberoep behoud je de zekerheid en voordelen van je hoofdactiviteit.\u00a0<br \/><br \/>Wil je meer info over dit statuut of heb je een projectidee?\nJob&amp;Sense begeleidt je bij je opstart.
