You will indeed be able to receive them following a waiting period that will be more or less long depending on your previous periods of unemployment, your health...<\/p>\n<p>If you are recognized as having burnout by the ONEM doctor, you will have access to unemployment more quickly.<\/p>\n<p>Do not hesitate to inquire to get an idea of the number of months you will have to wait in your particular case.<\/p>\n<p><!-- \/wp:paragraph --><!-- wp:paragraph --><!-- \/wp:paragraph --><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-3a1c418 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"3a1c418\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Right to bounce back<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-efb2d58 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"efb2d58\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p data-start=\"6528\" data-end=\"6945\">From 2026, a new system opens: the \"right to bounce back\".<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"6947\" data-end=\"8237\">\n<li data-start=\"6947\" data-end=\"7330\">\n<p data-start=\"6949\" data-end=\"7330\">The principle: a worker with at least 10 years of career will be able once in their lifetime to resign from a suitable job and be entitled to unemployment benefits for a maximum of 6 months, with the possibility of extension for 6 months if training for a shortage occupation is undertaken and successfully completed.\u00a0<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"7331\" data-end=\"7451\">\n<p data-start=\"7333\" data-end=\"7451\">This system will apply to resignations after February 28, 2026.\u00a0<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"7452\" data-end=\"7641\">\n<p data-start=\"7454\" data-end=\"7641\">Warning: it is not a universal right.
