Often our instinct doesn't deceive us.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>Some may need someone very rational, others will need someone more open, for example to astrology, meditation, kinesiology...<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>Still others will be reassured to find someone whose path is very similar to what they have experienced...<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>Finally, it is good to have a preliminary interview with the coach before starting any coaching. This first contact will allow you to answer the following questions:\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Did you feel confident with the person?<\/li>\n<li>Did the coach understand your situation and aspirations?<\/li>\n<li>Did you feel heard?<\/li>\n<li>Did he mention how he generally works ? Consequently, anyone can present themselves as a coach, whether they have received training or not.<\/p><p data-sourcepos=\"7:1-7:89\">To help you choose a qualified professional, two Belgian federations (ICF Belgium and EMCC) offer recognized certifications in the sector.
