They guarantee you confidentiality, anonymity, and are neutral with regard to your work situation. In addition to listening, welcoming, and providing advice, they will also enable you to initiate certain informal and formal psychosocial procedures, always within the framework of the legislation, in order to improve your professional situation.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a0Online tests<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>To identify whether what you are feeling resembles burnout, you can take the following tests which will allow a self-assessment of your professional exhaustion situation.<\/p>\n<p>An online test\u00a0<strong>is never a diagnosis.<\/strong>.
