This can be your colleagues who need you to accomplish their tasks, companies or people who use what you produce (your product or service).<\/li>\n<li><strong>Your added value<\/strong>: Describe what you bring to others so they can accomplish their tasks. Why do your customers call on you? What competitive advantages do you have compared to other competitors or colleagues?<\/li>\n<li><strong>Channels<\/strong>: How do you communicate with your customers, colleagues to deliver your value (email, social networks, phone, face to face\u2026)?<\/li>\n<li><strong>Customer relationship<\/strong>: How would you define the way you interact with your customers? Is it a relationship of trust, loyalty, or a unique service?<\/li>\n<li><strong>What it costs you to do this work (costs)<\/strong>time, travel, energy, stress\u2026<\/li>\n<li><strong>What you receive in return for this work (income, personal returns and benefits):<\/strong> : Salary, financial benefits, recognition, personal satisfaction, civic engagement\u2026<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Once this exercise is completed, you can fill in the table below which will help you better target the elements that are not satisfactory. What would you like to change?<\/p>\n<p>For example, realizing that what weighs on you is the number of emails you receive because you prefer to communicate by phone.
